The Golden Crown Project Society
THE GOLDEN CROWN PROJECT SOCIETY
Every crown has a story. We help them shine.
Registered nonprofit serving those experiencing hair loss due to medical or financial hardship.
“OUR MISSION”
We believe everyone deserves to feel beautiful and seen.
The Golden Crown Project Society provides wigs and beauty support to individuals facing hair loss from cancer, alopecia, trauma, or financial struggles.
Through this project, we restore not just hair—but confidence, dignity, and a Smile.
WHO WE SERVE
We proudly serve individuals across Nova Scotia and beyond who are:
• Experiencing medical hair loss (chemo, alopecia, trichotillomania)
• Facing financial hardship
• Survivors of trauma, abuse, or life-changing events
WHY IT MATTERS
Hair isn’t just hair. It’s identity, femininity, confidence—and for many, a daily reminder of the battle they’re facing.
Whether it’s a child battling chemotherapy or a mother surviving hardship, our mission is to make sure no crown is left uncovered.
“A crown isn’t always made of gold. Sometimes, it’s made of pain, struggles, resilience and grace.” – Kienya Booker
